1：下载这个 .deb包 ，（manpages-zh-utf8-1.5.deb： http://forum.ubuntu.org.cn/download.php?id=7559）
双击就装好了
2：修改 ~/.bashrc 添加一个alias :

alias cman='man -M /usr/share/man/zh_CN'

3 : 重启一下终端，就是 exit 再开一个
4 : cman tar

看中文的就用cman 看e文的还是用 man
